View a single Customer across all Verizon Business Units/Orgs/silos
I am working to get a complete view of a large global customer of Verizon. Currently there are many legacy reporting systems for legacy business units (International , Domestic, Wireline, Wireless, VZConnect, VZ Media - Oath and Yahoo, Wholesale). I need to find sales data (activations, base, KPIs, etc), financial data (billed service revenue, credits etc). Is this possible to accomplish in TS?
I have some problem and have experienced assess it in ThoughtSpot.
In ThoughtSpot (TS), as long as the tables have relations it can get data, recommendation is linked by dimension table. but there is limitation because TS will do inner join.
Finnaly, we not use ThoughtSpot for this requirements and develop custom (web apps) to create the reports.
