Scheduling Not Working

I am having issues with scheduling. I can schedule pinboards to be sent to me automatically or to my teammates. However when I try to send them to our outlets who have an external email address they are not being sent. I reached out to our admin and said their's working just fine. Any idea on how I can fix this issue. The automation is definitely needed.

  • Your TS cluster has to be configured with the domain names that you want to allow emails to be sent to.  If you contact TS support they can provide assistance to configure that.

  • You have to whitelist the domains 

     

    Depending on what version you are on, you can go into the admin tab, select a user and it lists them under the email field.
