21                        200

22                        100

22                        150

23                        200

23                        250

23                        300

  • Yes. Hold shift and click another column to add a secondary sort. You can even add tertiary sorting and so on by continuing to use this trick.

  • Paul Froggatt , this is not working. I am not able to select more than 1 column by holding shift

  • Sanjeev Patwari - when you click on a column header in a table display, that column will get sorted - and, at the same time, you will see a new search token get added that looks something like: "sort by category" or "sort by date" or "sort by sales" (depends on what your search tokens are).

if holding the shift key and selecting the next column header doesn't work for you (but it should), you can always type in the sort keywords that you want, such as:

sales   product name   category   date   sort by category   sort by date   sort by sales descending

  • It is documented now, might not have been a while back - see https://docs.thoughtspot.com/6.1/complex-search/change-the-view.html
