Cannot See My Table


After I upload my CSV File by TQL in my database, I couldn't see my table in the list of Data source, I feel like that I must grant my table to the user that I have in WEB Portal but I don't know-how.

  • All table's uploaded using TQL are owned by an administrator user, you will need to login as an admin user to grant access to the tables 

  • To clarify this answer. Tables loaded from the backend TQL are owned by the user: Administrator Super-User. When you access tables via the front-end client the following applies: 

    • If you are a member of the administrators group you have authorisation to all tables.
    • If a table has been explicitly shared with you, you have authorisation to the table
    • If you own the table, i.e. uploaded via client file upload.

    I assume you are not a member of the administrators group. Therefore as part of table creation you will need to have an administrator share this table appropriately or become a member of the administrators group.

    Is there a way to set the table permissions from the back end? i.e. removing the need for an administrator to login to the front end to grant access?
