Available fields when looking at Underlying data

Hi All,

Hopefully this will be an easy question for someone to answer.  When I click through a table or chart to look at the underlying data, there seems to be no way to choose the formulas I have calculated in the worksheet that drives these charts; I can only see the source data.  Is that correct?  Is there a way of getting to this information?

Many thanks!

  • Lawrence Freeman yes the underlying data does not include the constituents of the formula. They have to be added manually. We are considering automatically adding the constituent columns of the formulas in future versions.

  • We still see same issue in version 4.5.1. Is it still in Road-map?.

  • Is this still the case in 5.1?

  • Any update on this? I'd really like to allow users to include formula-based columns when exporting underlying data.
